MAXXAIR Maxxfan Plus 10-Speed RV Exhaust Fan - Manual or Remote Control, Rain Sensor, Smoke

Control fan speed, thermostat, and air intake/exhaust with the included remote control or with the flush-mount ceiling keypad. The rain sensor automatically closes the lid. The long-life, sealed ball bearing 12-volt fan motor moves over 900 cubic feet of air per minute, quickly and efficiently pulling fresh air in and removing hot, stale air, and odors. You can run the fan with the lid closed to circulate air inside your RV like a ceiling fan.

The exterior flange has waterproof, molded mounting holes for easy installation of MaxxAir vent covers. The interior insect screen is easy to remove for cleaning. This fan fits all standard 14'' x 14'' roof openings. The smoke lid closes securely for a low profile appearance. The features include remote control or ceiling keypad control, electric open smoke lid, adjustable fan speed, thermostat, rain sensor, intake & exhaust capability, and the ability to run the fan with the lid closed for ceiling fan mode. It also has a 12''dia. 10-blade fan, long-life, fuse-protected, sealed ball bearing 12-volt motor, and over 900 cu. ft. of air per minute. It fits a 14'' x 14'' roof opening, and the mounting screws and hardware are included (roof sealant sold separately).
